• This guide was written by a chronically ill and disabled person with ME/CFS who is fiercely rooted in solidarity and resisting eugenics of all forms, especially actively confronting and combatting viral eugenics, liberalism, and anti-survivorship. This guide is for those who are willing to learn, change, and make sacrifices toward the end of building anti-ableist praxis.
• Please approach this guide with care and discernment. Take your time going through these materials as some information may be contradicting or outdated. Be a relentless pursuer and critic of information that could save lives. If it is helpful to have some principles to scrutinize sources against, this resource collection has a heading called “How to: Media Literacy” that could help you develop some principles for your research.
• I highly recommend reading or skimming the entire guide and then going back to individual sections that you want to explore more. Each section is discrete, but the information is organized in an order that builds a cumulative understanding.
• I do not “endorse” any of these resources or authors. The resources in this guide are not meant to be pedestalized as the “only” **sources of information— neither are the people who created them, nor am I. ****My aim in this guide is to compile resources that have helped me build my discernment and knowledge so I can pass that on to others. I will do my best to uplift the most marginalized in that pursuit, and am always open to feedback. I also do not claim to be an “expert” on information compiled here. I am not a healthcare practitioner, medical researcher, or scientist.
